Unless otherwise stated, items are handmade and all sales are final.

Refunds will be issued for item found to be damaged during delivery after item is returned in unused condition. 

By using item you accept it is in good condition.

Customer is responsible for return postage.

I understand that situations can change quickly, so if you need to cancel, let me know as quickly as you can.

Orders can not be cancelled after they are shipped.

we reserve the right to cancel orders at any time, a full refund will be issued if this happens.

Unless otherwise stated, it’s one offer per order.

Discount codes are not stackable.

if an item has multiple possible offers, pick the one you’d like the most.

eg: 

buy 3 full price 6oz candle tins, get a free 50g wax melt,

or

10% off of a full price 6oz candle tin with code “whatever10”

NOT BOTH. 

As the candle/melts are made in small batches, the colour may vary slightly from those seen on the website.

Also, colour settings can be different on devices, so I don’t know what you can see.

Refunds are not given for the colour being “not quite what I Thought it would be”

how we feel about a fragrance is a subjective thing. I won’t send out anything that either I or my test group is not satisfied with.
If you have an issue with a fragrance let me know so we can look in to resolving quickly.
